Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and transform company’s patented technological assets in furtherance of the company’s objectives.
  2. Key advisor to CEO, COO, CFO, General Manager- will be a key person on the Executive Board. Manage team of R&D. Set job descriptions, goals and incentives.
  3. Acts as a good steward of Client’s resources and ensures control of Technology departmental budget.
  4. Balance innovation and research with implementation to match the enduring business requirements to build a successful company.
  5. Develop the strategic technology plan for the company by identifying, tracking, and experimenting with new technologies. Ensuring they are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
  6. Understand external technology factors and impact on company’s technology and strategy Co-develop new technologies with customers and commercial partners
  7. Lead development of R&D function, Center of Excellence and advanced technology capabilities as company develops
  8. Attend customer meetings, facilitate testing programs, and work closely with customers in the commercial interests of Client. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
  9. Communication with employees, shareholders, customers and at public events to ensure client’s technologies are both explained and used appropriately.

Essential Qualifications and Experience 

  1. 10+ years of proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
  2. Any degree, preferably BSc/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus. Qualification will not be a limitation for an experienced person.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualification and experience but < €70k plus share options

MIS Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Provide overall leadership to Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation activities in EU LIFE funded project and develop and deploy a robust Management Information System across the business to aid managerial decision- making, to track progress, to support dissemination of data-driven results through scientific research
  2. Developing and maintaining communication tools such web application and social media management are essential requirements along with developing database management system to aid the research, monitoring and evaluation and expansion objectives.
  3. Generate awareness of the project and its achievements to external audiences, the scientific community, and potential business users by implementing dissemination and communication plan and using IT- enabled tools.
  4. Operate ASPEN and other Process Engineering simulation software during the installation of plant in coordination with COO.                   
  5. integrate plant data systems with SCADA to gather and analyse real-time plant data to monitor and control plant equipment.                                 

Essential Qualifications and Experience              

  1. B.Tech. or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
  2. MBA or other relevant post graduate degree is a plus. 2 or more years of experience in Leadership, Management, Technology development/deployment, MIS/Monitoring and Evaluation
  3. Demonstrated experience in the role of MIS Manager or technology leadership role.
  4. Experience in programming languages, particularly related to RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) including HTML, PHP, MySQL and WordPress CMS, SCADA, ASPEN, Process Simulator software.
  5. Ability to conduct technological analyses and build robust systems, actively communicate, inspire, and motivate all levels of staff, investor, industry stakeholder, EU institutions, Value Chain participants, policy and advocacy group
  6. Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
  7. Strong writing and presentation skills

EU Project Manager

Responsibilities

  1. The project manager will support and assist Trifol team in the management of our multiple projects, both, within the EU and at international level.  
  2. Facilitate and coordinate communication and deliverable plans with EU related partners and clients, act as a liaison between the organisation, the public and the media through different (digital) channels as well as within various team members in the organization.
  3. Support the completion of project milestones and preparation of deliverables, in terms of coordination and content creation, including documentation, emailing, projections, bookkeeping etc.
  4. Assists in the acquisition and research of projects, including stakeholder engagement, corresponding with funders, desk research, compilation of relevant research materials, and proposal writing, primarily within EU related project.     

Essential Qualifications and Experience 

  1. Graduate in Commerce – Accounting Graduate preferably with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.

Plant Operator

Responsibilities

  1. Involve in Daily plant operations.
  2. Support and coordinate in procurement, assembly, commissioning, and start-up of new components of the plant          
  3. Troubleshooting of process related problems and equipment related problems and presenting the outcome/remedial measures
  4. Ensuring correctness of operation during shutdown and start-up of the plants
  5. Monitoring Hot run and cold run of equipment
  6. Work with heat controllers, pumps and valves, welding, and upkeep of pipework
  7. Review P&ID, PFD, Equipment & Instrument data sheet
  8. Collect quantitative data to derive mass and energy balances

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  1. Must hold a primary skill set e.g., plumber, electrician, fitter, welder etc or a third level qualification in engineering, IT, chemistry, or related field
  2. Must be willing to work in shifts
  3. Residence Condition: must be living in the greater area –~ 30-minute commute to plant in Littleton, Tipperary.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualification and experience but < €40k plus ~ 20/25 % shift premium plus share options

Control Room Operator

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain, troubleshoot, and navigate Process Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation systems.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot chemical analysis systems, hazardous chemical distribution, and detection systems.
  3. Demonstrates technical aptitude with low voltage circuits.
  4. Assist Chief Operating Officer with data and inventory of field equipment. 
  5. Assist and support Chief Operating Officer with internal and external projects, installation of PLC’s, analysers, flow meters, RF radios, and other process equipment.  
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications and Experience                              

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, chemistry, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
  3. Must be willing to work in shifts
  4. Residence Condition: must be living in the greater area –~ 30-minute commute to plant in Littleton, Tipperary.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualification and experience but < €40k plus ~ 20/25 % shift premium plus share options.

Accounting / Office Administrator

Responsibilities                

  1. Coordinating plant activities and operations in compliance to company policies
  2. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  3. Record keeping, document management and basic bookkeeping

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  1. Must have a graduate degree in relevant field,
  2. Experience as administrator/accountant for more than 3 years
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  6. Residence Condition: must be living in the greater area –~ 30-minute commute to plant in Littleton, Tipperary.

Remuneration shall be in the range of €25/30k.
